About the Client:
A prominent Business Set Up consultancy in Sharjah handling all type of licenses for businesses in the region.
Job Role:
Qualify all lead within 2 hours of receipt – sales calls, walk-ins, live chat, online form, referral, social-media
Ensure contact protocol is followed by reaching out to leads on Day 1, 2, 3, 6 and 9 via call and email. The details of the same need to be logged into the CRM System on real-time basis.
In the event that the coordinator is unable to meet the contact criteria on leads; the Head of Revenue and Strategy is to be notified immediately
Maintain full and detailed records of lead qualification and opportunity creation and hand over to Business Set-up Advisors
Ensure the Sales Advisors are updated about client information via CRM
Answer calls for sales, logged messages and/or transferred calls to the appropriate person in an efficient manner
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports on lead qualification matrix such as time to qualify, lead status, lead source and other reports as required
Provide marketing with relevant customer lists as required or requested
Provide update and feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads received and the channel from where they are received
Track leads received by marketing campaign
Requirements:
Open to ARABIC nationals
Female, 30 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
At least 4 years relevant customer facing or sales experience
Excellent communication skills and keen attention to details
Efficient in using MS Office applications and database management
