Accountable to receives & review Partners requirement. Ensures that all required information and documents are available and process the application promptly and efficiently. Responsible to achieve set KPIs as well as high level of partner's satisfaction while interfacing with them. Providing premium care to critical partners and Managing escalations. Able to monitor / lead and support his/her team. Provide support to his/her direct manager on assigned task
Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Develop product knowledge by keeping up to date with service and product offerings as made available by the company
2. Providing product and service information to the Partners.
3. Proactively demonstrate services & support to Partners.
4. Ensure process adherence in all transactions
5. Use range of tools and techniques available to structure and manage different types of partners and close sales (internet, marketing material, interactive areas and tools)
6. Respond to partners enquiries, finding the correct answers by consulting systems and other records
7. Assist partners in maintaining and updating customer accounts.
8. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (words. excel etc.) to support in maintaining records, report. Presentation. Etc.
