Male, 35 years old and below
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor or Master’s Degree, background in Engineering and/or structural steel will be advantageous
Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in stock sales of structural steel in the UAE, GULF, MENA, and Southeast Asia Region.
Strong knowledge in structural steel
Has a valid UAE Driving License
Has strong personal skills, team player and capable of taking initiative and strong pleasant personality
Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills, knowledge in the Arabic language will be an advantage
Autonomous, motivated, and able to handle on time customer requirements.
Has a flexible mindset, enterprising, enthusiastic, willing to learn
Strong commercial acumen
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for growing startup and managing it’s P&L
Responsible for customer accounts, handle customer enquiries in a timely manner through a commercial approach: visiting customers, getting involved in an early stage of new projects, establishing reports and advising customers.
Quote price and lead times through coordination with procurement department, internal resources and use of pricing matrices.
Responsible for generating of sales aggressively and meeting budgetary requirements, in terms of both volume and gross margins.
Support sales and Management with forecasting information on the status of customer activity and future opportunities
Responsible for liaising with the logistics team regarding scheduling and follow up of deliveries
Strengthening existing customer relationships & developing new potential ones
Marketing analysis: to monitor & evaluate the local competitors and follow the market evolutions for the particular area
Determine niche marketing opportunities.
Assume major account and geographical responsibility.
Provide accurate and informative visit and market reports.
Work in liaison with the projects sales team for back to back sales.
Proper coordination with the dedicated member from the projects sales team for better knowledge of the upcoming projects.
Responsible for checking on the status of payments and liaising with accounts team as well as keep the management updated on an on-going basis
He must have extensive client base
Ready to travel
Well-spoken and well groomed
Responsible for updating the sales database, preparing sales reports as required by the management for that particular region
