In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with a clear focus on SME customers. Your Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities with a clear focus on SME customers
  • Take pricing decisions alignment with Customer Care Managers
  • Prepare quotations using our online tools and submit proposals to customers
  • Deliver presentations about our main Sea Logistics products
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products
  • Report customer complains to the customer care team
  • Onboard new customers and provide robust and complete content
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or a similar discipline
  • Internship/Traineeship experience in a freight forwarding company would be an advantage
  • Excellent sales skills, customer oriented, ability to adapt and willingness to learn and grow
  • High level communication skills with fluency in English and Arabic
