Job Description :
A well-established building materials supplier requires an assistant logistics/ Sales/ purchasing with minimum three years of experience in similar roles.
Main Job Duties:
  • Deal with national and international suppliers/factories.
  • Monitor and check quantity / availability of products in stock across all 4 showrooms at regular period intervals.
  • Order products and maintain appropriate stock levels in order to ensure products availability at all times.
  • Monitor products/stock movements and prepare regular reports for submission to management.
  • Assist sales dept. staff with item delivery details in order to ensure that ordered items are delivered promptly and that delivery schedules are met at all times.
  • Follow up with shipping /forwarding companies concerning container arrival, etc. and update the sales dept. accordingly.
  • Performed other related duties as required.
