Our client is one of the leading System Integrators based in Dubai, UAE with offices in India and is actively looking for a skilled sales professional to further developing its successful mid-market and enterprise sales operations, with focus on new business acquisition for UC&CC and IT Infra/ELV solutions. Incumbent will be primarily securing United Arab Emirates based accounts. Prime responsibility to open new accounts, acquiring new target customers, achieving a target level of contract value for new - incremental business. The individual should be a disciplined, highly self-motivated & self-starter. Tenacious, focused, inclusive and clear, communicating effectively. Responsibilities will also include achieving targeted revenue & GP Margin, serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, winning new business across all verticals, provide accurate plans, forecasts and reports regarding customer requirements, develop database or channel partners in order to find new customers and increase volume of business with existing ones. Candidate will report to Sales Director, the results and actions - on closed business, and submitting a forecast for forthcoming month and lost business listing out valid reasons, excellent marketing & sales planning, communicate to the customers regularly of any promotions/special offers in a timely and professional manner. Vendor & reseller relations, develop, execute, and maintain good relations with the reseller channel in assigned region.
The requirements include proven work experience in similar capacity and a proven track record within UC &CC /IT Infra and ELV sales are desirable.
A strong desire for seeking new business.
Good Technical understanding.
Engineering Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in UCC and IT sales in UAE market.
Focused experienced in selling Avaya, Cisco, AudioCodes, HPE, Extreme Networks, ELV Solutions and similar products.
