• Planning sales strategies to increase market penetration.
• Organizing distribution strategy to achieve brand wise targeted sales volume, market share and market coverage objectives.
• Evaluating sales & performance data to measure productivity and providing training to the team.
• Looking after optimum inventory level with dealers to meet market requirements.
• Responsible for identifying changes in market demand and modifying strategies for expansion of market share & achievement of primary & secondary targets.
• Undertaking activities related to identification & targeting of new business opportunities and continuously expanding the existing client line base through sales promotion activities
