We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our team. Candidate will aggressively and proactively seek and engage potential leads, identify areas where Settle can add value, initiate new business ventures, and develop and nurture viable client relationships.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 5 years of sales/design experience within consultation looking to build their sales repertoire and be involved with high profile, creative design & build projects. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts.
Research areas where the company can add value and develop new business relationships.
Ongoing prospecting to gauge long-term financial possibilities of potential clients
Help create and prioritize strategic target account lists.
Create proposals and contracts for prospects and clients on company templates.
Cold calling and meetings with potential clients, developers, contractors.
Increase Broker contact network and incentivize them to bring clients.
Assisting in cash collection for the payment from key clients and own deals closed
Actively update all new leads to company CRM system and keep that updated (Smartsheet)
Actively follow-up on leads and liaise with clients to close deals for aggressive expansion.
Market & competitor analysis
Develop key market channels and relationships to deliver the organizational strategy. This would include both direct customer as well as business channels.

EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES:

The ideal candidate is a female
Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience within UAE and gulf is an advantage
Design, construction, or real estate experience is a must
Strong communication and presentation skills
CRM system experience, excel, power point and sales presentation material skills
Excellent time management/organizational skills
Highly motivated, team player, results driven
The ability to confidently categorize sales lead and direct efforts accordingly
Record past sales experience in architecture, design or developments is a strong advantage
Needs to get along with everybody and fit to our young minded team
Excellent verbal and written English
MS office and team working skills
UAE Driving License and own car
