A large local distribution company requires a Sales Manager with 5 Year Sales Experience in Battery, Bearings, Spare Parts Sales to After Market.
Purpose of the Role:Sales Development-
  • Corporate/ Govt / Institutional / Fleet Sales for After Market Battery, Bearings, Spare Parts, Grease Sales
  • Outdoor Sales Development / Service / Warranty Support / Payment Collection

Working Environment :
  • Part of Automotive Division Sales Team
  • Report Directly To Head of Sales
  • Follow Work Flow Process Diligently
  • Report Weekly Sales Development

Key Performance Indicators :
  • Achieve Sales Monthly Sales Target
  • New Dealer / Customer Development
  • Payment Collection on Time
  • Monitor and Report Own Sales Vs Target

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
  • Continuous Moving outside Office to Enhance Relationships Develop New Business
  • Should be able Give consistent and Quality service to Dealer Network
  • Must be able to Sustain Long term and Healthy business Relations with Dealers
  • Process Warranty Claims Accurately and Timely
  • Weekly Reporting to HOD / Management
  • Follow all Process for Customer Credit Facility Approval & Documentation
  • Recommend Financially Stable Customers only for Business
  • Self Motivated and Self starter
  • Able To Deliver Sales as per Targets
  • Must be able to provide Competitor / Market Information to improve Sales
  • Should be able to suggest Sales Promotion Schemes
