University degree, MBA is a plus.,
- At least 8 years of experience in FMCG sector.,
- Excellent communication skills - English, Arabic/ (written and verbal).,
- Hands on experience in managing distributers and key accounts.,
- Market knowldge and developing budget.
Languages Arabic,English
Responsibilities - Determines annual gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies analyzing trends and results.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and deman planning for the growth of the market.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales volumes for regions and key accounts.
- Implementing and managing the total sales and in-store marketing plans in Jordan and neighbour countries.
- Maintainans sales volume, product mix and selling price in keeping with supply and demand.
- Completes sales department requirments by scheduling and assigning employees.
- Managing all trade channels and key account relationships.
- Maintains national sales stuff by recruiting, ing, orienting and training employees.
- Maintains national sales staff job results by counceling and disciplining employees planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
- Contribues to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
