This position is responsible to provide sales support in providing complete administrative assistance on all sales enquiries, prepare quotations, scheduling of shipments, follow up on documentation to execute the sales order, etc.
• This position combines sales & design support skills.
• Order coordination, which includes preparing offers, contracts management, logistics coordination, to follow up of payments from customers.
• This includes coordinating schedules and activities, placing orders for supplies and services, and tracking progress and results.
• Maintaining the Enquiry Database and provide timely reports to the management.
• Coordinate submittals and procure for pre-qualification and all close-out documents including warranties and Operating Manuals.
• Regular monitoring through visit to various site locations, in order ensure the proper utilisation of assets of the company.
• Provide the required design support – preparing BoQ by studying the design requirements and drawings.
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering).
• Geotechnical knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Designing and estimation experience would be an added advantage
• Specification/Estimation/Design Experience of 1-3 years
• Computer skills: Microsoft office is a must, design program, planning program is a plus.
• Likable character, strong technical, communication and convincing skills, team spirit, self-sufficient, self-starting, reliable, outgoing
• Fluent in English and (Arabic is added advantage).
• UAE Driving License
Salary: As per Market Standards
