About The Role
This role will report to the ERP Manager .You are responsible for analysis, design, configuration, and support of Master Version processes and system solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity as well as support business goals. You identify and communicate business needs and translate business requirements into technical system requirements and functional specifications.
Key Specific Accountabilities:
  • Combine Between Dynamic CRM365 Development (IT) and CRM Management.
  • Work as CRM Team Leader - lead the Sales/Marketing/Service team to achieve the Goals/Targets.
  • Monitoring/Controlling the Sales/Marketing/Service Cycle.
  • Assist in Open new Sales Opportunities.
  • Improve the Sales Cycle/Marketing/Service Cycle
  • Develop a customer complain Follow up System.
  • Develop Sales, Marketing, Service Reports and Dashboards
  • Maintain the CRM System - IT
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM365 implementation/Customization.
  • (Forms customization, workflow, Business cycle approvals & Business Processes)
  • MS Dynamics CRM365 Support
  • System Stability/Incidents Closing.
  • MS Dynamics CRM365 Reports/Dashboard
  • (SSRS Reports, Power BI)
  • CRM Key User Training

About You
  • Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Computer Science. Microsoft CRM365 certified and higher qualifications are highly preferred.
  • 3 Years in similar role developing solutions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365
  • Microsoft Navision Certification or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of the CRM Platform (Scripting, Plugins, Workflows, Dialogs, Client Extensions, SDK). BI applications -Power BI or equivalent.
  • Strong strategic, analytical and tactical abilities
  • Proven ability to recognize issues and develop business solutions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for communicating complex technical issues to both peers and non-technical co-workers

Job-Specific Skills:
  • MS CRM365 Implementation/Customization,
  • Integration capabilities (Web services, RESTful, XML, XSL/ XSLT, HTML, JavaScript, WCF, Biz Talk etc.)
  • VBA, .NET, ASP.NET, C#.
  • SharePoint experience , Crystal Report
