A leading construction and contracting company is looking to hire a Secretary. The successful incumbent will be responsible to perform administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, answering telephones, organizing meetings, ticket & hotel booking for the Manager and respective personnel. Liaising with relevant organizations and clients. Implementing new procedures and administrative systems. Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in MS Office are desirable. Arabic language will be an advantage.
