Senior Analyst with English in On-Line Survey TeamWhat can you expect:You'll have an opportunity to collaborate with one of the On-Line Mercer's Teams (Sirota) responsible for create, test and deliver high quality surveys in area of employees engagement. This role combines project and stakeholders management, analytical and research skills with ability to effectively using tools like SPSS / R / Tableau.

We will count on you to:
Manage own project's workload effectively and coach junior staff in the team
Cooperate with Sirota's team and other team members to deliver high quality employee engagement products
Create and test online questionnaires in multiple foreign languages in Sirota's tools
Prepare own calculations in Excel, SPSS, R or Tableau to check correctness of data in employee engagement reports (PPT or HTML)
Successfully manage stakeholder's expectations
Coordinate distribution of surveys
Support for clients and servicing as helpdesk
Maintain high quality of delivered reports
Prepare of executive presentations when needed
What you need to have:
At least 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or / and preparing statistical reports
University degree, preferably faculty of quantitative / statistics / sociology
Very good command of written and spoken English
Working knowledge of SPSS or R or / and Tableau
Project management experience
Proficiency knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Can do attitude and ability to resolve escalated issues in a timely and professional way
Ability to work under pressure of deadlines in fast-paced environment
