Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies Required for this role:
Must have experience in managing solution based on SOA components (IIB, WSRR, ODM and API).Must have sharp skill in identifying the issue, root cause and the solution.
Candidates should have experience in IT activities in Banking / Financial industry.
Ensure that all components of IBM SOA are configured according to the industry best practices and approved architecture as defined by Enterprise Architecture team.
Ensure that appropriate security controls are in place.Access to system is restricted only to authorized users and channels as approved and granted by access control team.
Review and prepare document such as operation, DR and system monitoring.
Support Disaster Recovery (DR) environment and ensure that DR requirements including related documentation are met.
Support Go-live and post Go-live activities for assigned tasks and any releases to production.
Follow-up and track Services, Co-ordinate Vendor Support Issues, respond to service tickets in a timely fashion.
