Senior Consultant – IT Governance, Risk Management and Compliance Professionals
Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish the framework by which a Chief Executives, Board of Directors ensures accountability, fairness, and transparency in the enterprise and relationship with its all stakeholders. The framework includes distribution of rights, responsibilities and rewards, and procedures for reconciling conflicting interests, proper supervision, control and information flow. Stakeholders may include shareholders, board of directors, executive management, employees, customers and the community.
Establish and develop appropriate policies, procedures and practices in relations to governance, risk and compliance functions, in line with globally acceptable standards and framework such as ISO 38500, ISO 31000, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, COBIT 2019 and COSO.
Establish ethics and value principle for the organization, embed it across the various levels through awareness and trainings.
Ensure enterprise strategy and enterprise goals are aligned and appropriate structure is created to address them.
Ensure value delivery and risk optimization through appropriate enterprise risk management techniques, help organization to design risk appetite and risk threshold levels.Support Information Technology, Enterprise Risk, Business Continuity and Business Functions to implement Information and Technology Governance Framework across the organization and create singular view of Governance, Risk and Compliance.
Ensure resource optimization practices are built to support organizational strategies and deliver values.
Ensure compliance with Legal, Statutory, and standards and framework compliance through constant monitoring. Design decision support system based on SMART parameters for the consumption of key decision makers.

Furthermore, this position is required to work with a variety of people from chief executives to board members to external parties. As such, it is important to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to forge and maintain relationships
Due diligence is the essential skill required for this position, with extensive experience on financial and technological aspect of due diligence.
Fraud, Cyber crime investigations skills will be added advantage.
Clients relationship management, team building, and people management skills are very essential.
• Bachelor’s Degree is essential, Master’s degree would be preferable
• CISA, CBCP, IRM, CGIT, CISM, Due Diligence (at least anyone) and ISO 31000, ISO 22301, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer Certification would be big plus
• COBIT 2019 Foundation and Implementer Certification
• Master Class of Directors (Corporate Governance) is plus but not needed
• 15+ years’ experience in Governance & Risk Management and Compliance.
• At least 1 project end to end exposure on COSO/ COBIT Implementation either in India or Abroad
• Big4 consulting experience across the globe will be added advantage
• Proven expertise on Enterprise Strategy
• Preference will be given to BFSI domain exposure
• In depth exposure to and experience with application of industry accepted IT Governance standards (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, King III or similar).
