They are currently looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to be based in NEOM, Saudi Arabia.
Duties & Responsibilities: - Provide leadership to the Contract Management function including pre-award Procurement, Contract Administration, claims management / dispute resolution, and contract close-out for consultant, supply, engineering and construction contracts.
- Represents the Enterprise Project Controls Team at meetings with Sector Teams, PMC's, consultants & contractors relating to procurement, contracts and claims.
- Assist Project Team members with queries regarding Contracts procedures, processes and guidelines.
- Advises the Enterprise Leadership Team on all contractual matters and claims requiring escalation.
- Direct responsibility for contract administration of the NEOM wide Projects Framework Contracts.
- Ensures maintenance of all consultant and contractor securities and insurances within NEOM wide Projects Framework Contracts and ensure compliance of PMC's for the same under their control.
- Provides oversight and guidance in administering Contractor's claims escalated to the Enterprise Team including Extension of Time.
- Attends monthly meetings on NEOM wide Projects Frameworks as required.
- Maintain overview of the pre-award procurement interface between the PMC's and Employer Procurement.
- Review of tender documents in respect of contractual matters, scope gaps and discrepancies and managing the closure of these matters as required.
- Participates on Commercial Evaluation Panel during the procurement process.
- Leads and participates in audit functions the of the Contract Administration function including adherence to Employer Requirements and Procedures.
- Provides formal written reports on the Contracts and Procurement status and issues to management.
Qualification & Requirements:- Over 15 years of construction industry experience, with at least 5 years senior executive experience earned with Project Management Consultant's.
- At least 5 years of industry experience gained in the Gulf Region.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent qualification.
- Proven track record of leading a programme management office for a major contractor or consultant delivering significant programmes of work.
- Demonstrated track record of Business and Programme Control implementation within the construction sector.
- Extensive knowledge of all facets of construction contract implementation.
