Job Description


Establishing & monitoring local accounting control, being a business partner & accurately producing monthly financials and risk mitigation.
The candidate must be an accounting Graduate/Post Graduate with an experience of 5 to 10 years in Credit. Candidate with previous IT Distribution experience would be an added advantage.
  • Customer follow up on due invoices.
  • Update the collection activities/updates on FSCM module
  • Coordination within the team for cheque collections and payment allocations
  • Send Statement of Accounts to customers
  • Weekly calls/emails/chasers to customer
  • Regular visits to key & overdue customers
  • Dispute notification and work on dispute resolutions with the relevant teams.
  • Risk evaluation of customers and recommend credit limits
  • Lead the collections activity of the team
  • Managing and LC Negotiations with Bank including document preparations & customer signoffs.
  • Assisting Credit Manager on tracking collections for the company & weekly forecasts
  • Running ageing reports at month ends and propose collection plans for Credit Manager approval
  • Maintain reports on overdue debts, DSOs and evolution. (by country, collector, etc.,)
