About the role:

We are looking to hire an experienced credit control specialist to expertly manage the debts of our company. As a credit control specialist, you will be responsible for collecting debts from our company debtors, evaluating new credit requests, ensuring timely payments of company debts, processing invoices, maintaining the sales ledger, and providing administrative support.

Main Task and Responsibilities
  • Evaluating new credit requests and conducting client credit checks
  • Managing and collecting debts from company debtors
  • Setting up the terms of credit for new clients
  • Negotiating payment plans
  • Responding to client inquiries
  • Processing invoices
  • Liaising with customers and the sales team.
  • A holder of Business Administration Degree
  • Minimum of 4 yrs. proven work experience in similar role
  • Ability to reconcile complex debtors accounts
  • Ability to deal with problematic clients and is not put down by challenging clients
  • Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral) both in English and Arabic
  • Skilled in negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
