Job Description



Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Senior Document Controller to join our team on a historical program in the Medina region. The Senior Document Controller will coordinate the flow of technical documents (requisitions, data books, drawings, specifications, calculations) between project operations, engineering disciplines, and other related support groups.
Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Document Control Manager in general administrative tasks

  • Preparing Transmittals

  • Updating relevant document and data registers and lists

  • Receiving information

  • Administering a full document control service

  • Uploading documents

  • Updating relevant

  • Quality Assurance / Quality Checking documents

  • Assisting the Document Control Manager with providing training to users

  • Workflow maintenance

  • CSV Bulk Uploading (Placeholder management)

  • Running Reports from the document and mail registers

  • Participating in functional regular weekly and monthly DM & IM meetings

  • Providing users with guidance on document numbering guidance and relevant procedures

Minimum Requirements
  • 8-10+ years experience in Document Control

Please note: This role is based in a remote location, in the Medina region.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
