Duties & Responsibilities:
They are looking to hire a dynamic, ambitious and sharp candidate for the newly created position of Senior HR Recruiter.
This role will be responsible for a team of 4 Recruiters and reports to the HR Manager.
Update current and design new recruiting procedures;
Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance;
Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire);
Implement new sourcing methods;
Recommend ways to improve our employer brand;
Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs;
Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations;
Participate in job fairs and career events.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication, highly preferred English/Arabic;
Great team management skills;
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases;
Knowledge of labor legislation in Kuwait;
Experience with interviews, candidate screening and evaluation;
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks;
Strong decision-making and time management skills.
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in a related field;
Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator;
Minimum of 5 years experience in Recruitment;
