ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Developing customized targeted sales strategies
  • Creating informative presentations Presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, and conferences
  • Coordinating business generation activities
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
  • Cold calling making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
  • Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, etc.
  • Closing sale and working with client through closing process
  • Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World's Principles, values and culture ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities understanding and following DP World's Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
  • Responsible for the management and leadership of an engaged team, promoting collaboration and ensuring that each is developed and evaluated against goals and objectives which are aligned, specific, measurable, attainable yet challenging, realistic and time
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
The role requires the individual to be highly entrepreneurial and to be able to develop business leads and relationships and to translate these into sustainable opportunities and sales for the Global Business Corporation.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
In order to give credible support to the organisation and be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have the following:
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in assisting Global Businesses identify/analyse and implement HQ location studies on a global scale
  • Proven relevant experience in either working at a Big Four Professional Services Company, a large Public MNC, or working for a Development Authority in a leading Country ( e.g. Ireland, Singapore, Switzerland).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
