KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Coordinate post-merger integration activities to ensure smooth transition and alignment of the organisations, people and people-related processes, policies and systems
  • Support agile model and oversee progress of squads
  • Review operational labor planning and rostering process, identify improvements and agree with local stakeholders on recommended changes
  • Monitor progress and support changes to the local labor planning and rostering processes
  • Review organisational structures and propose changes to improve effectiveness
  • Review workforce with internal stakeholders and compare with external benchmarks.

Other:
  • Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World's Principles, values and culture ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities understanding and following DP World's Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
In order to give credible support to the organisation and be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have the following:
  • Masters degree
  • 6-10 years experience in Human Resources organisation
  • Experience in Workforce Management, operational Labor Planning, Rostering, Agile organisation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English language
  • Knowledge of logistics is a strong plus
  • Desired competencies (Customer Service Orientation, Achievement Orientation, Concern for quality, Organisational Awareness, Teamwork and cooperation)
