Job summary
We are looking for a driven, analytical, results-oriented and creative Senior Marketing Support Manager to join our Marketing team in Dubai/MENA region. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will support the development and execution of the marketing strategy of Amazon Music in the region, and deliver on project roadmaps to acquire and retain new customers across paid, earned, and owned channels. You will be interacting cross-functionally and internationally across marketing and growth teams as well as other Amazon businesses to contribute to local growth.

A successful candidate for this role will have experience in marketing - ranging across search marketing, digital display advertising, owned and operated channels, associates and social media performance marketing. Given the complexity of the role, the ideal candidate will have abilities to think both strategically and tactically. Success in this role requires a strong bias for action, and the ability to execute daily at the highest level.

Key job responsibilities
. Support the definition of the strategy, planning, and execution across marketing channels to drive growth of the Amazon Music services in MENA
. Identify new opportunities based on data and analytical insight
. Work with global teams to inform and influence acquisition and engagement strategies on global level and accelerate growth through experiments
. Plan, coordinate and communicate channels performance delivering against goals
. Flawlessly support in executing campaigns across marketing channels, testing and iterating to optimize creative and campaign targeting. Contribute to establishing ongoing test and learn approach to new and existing campaigns.
. Partner with owning teams to contribute to the creative development of campaign materials, to create compelling and effective marketing assets.

. BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
. Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Arabic
. 5+ years of marketing experience with relevant work experience in digital marketing for consumer products and services
. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to measure performance and determine recommendations
. Strong project management skills, managing internal and external stakeholders, and multiple campaigns at once.
. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot inefficient, unreliable processes
. Ability to deliver on multiple deadlines and prioritize compulsively as a self-directed individual, comfortable with a fast-paced, ambiguous environment


. Experience with subscription business, consumer products, media and/or e-commerce
. Experience in multi-territory campaign management
