Job Description

1 Provide support to develop HR Strategy and budget exercise for Human Resource Department. 2 Administer the Performance Management System, facilitate preparation, review and appraisal of performance objectives and address any performance related grievances. 3 Ensure that objectives are set for all Bank staff. 4 Analyse and track employee’s performance based on the set individual objectives and KPIs. 5 Coordinate employee performance evaluation and ensure that the exercises are conducted timely and according to bank policy. 6 Ensure the continuous improvement of Performance Management systems processes and practices taking into account international best practice, to meet the changing needs of the bank. 7 Liaise with the Department Heads and prepare Organization Structure for the Bank to achieve its business objectives. 8 Participate in the annual manpower planning to forecast future staffing needs and assist in preparation of the total Manpower plan for the bank 9 Contribute to job analysis and prepare job descriptions for all the jobs in the Bank. 10 Participate in salary and market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits. 11 Maintain the HR Policies & Procedures Manual, review and carry out amendments, following standard procedure
