About The Role

Our People Systems & Analytics Team is responsible for supporting the People Team to make informed decisions using data, providing timely reporting and highlighting any risks that could help us shape informed decisions proactively to retain and engage our workforce.
The Senior People Systems & Analytics Specialist will play a critical role in building the function from the ground up. They will build, monitor, maintain and reconcile workforce data from a number of our People systems ensuring data integrity, consistency and usability. They will also be responsible for our people systems management, managing relationships with our vendors to build tailormade system workflows focused on usability for our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data & Analytics
    • Extract, combine and translate workforce data from multiple systems and use data modelling techniques
    • Develop algorithms and statistical tools using advances software such as Tableau and Power BI
    • Develop strategies and processes to ensure workforce data stability, reliability and validity
    • Design and maintain effective dashboards that are user friendly, highlighting the need to know information and risks
    System Management
    • Design and manage functional configurations of People systems working closely with vendors on full system implementation
    • Build robust workflows for all people related activities in our People systems, ensuring you balance compliance and user experience at the heart of each process
    • Provide daily support to People team colleagues to ensure smooth operation of these systems
    • Design and implement robust data tracking, compliance and audit methods for workforce data to ensure zero error data output and 100% compliance
    Drive Outcomes
    • Translate complex and sophisticated workforce data into perceptive formats and thoughtful narratives for junior and executive audiences using data visualisation methodologies
    • Use data to uncover insights into workforce gaps, risks, investments and costs and drive business performance by conducting root cause analysis and use predictive analytics to improve business outcomes
    • Build strong working relationships with the People & Culture leadership team to ensure alignment on approach and contribute to the companies long term People & Culture roadmap
    • Continuously enhance the People system offering based on business needs and growth plans
  • You have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within a People & Culture team managing complex data and multiple HR systems.
  • Have a bachelors degree in Business administration, actuarial science or relevant fields
  • You are an expert in mapping data workflows, business intelligence tools, predictive analytics, forecasting and data modelling.
  • You have experience working with multiple external vendors to implement new systems and system changes.
  • You are proactive, organized, accurate and detail oriented.
  • You have a strong analytical background, balanced with an in depth understanding of a typical employee lifecycle and core People initiatives.
  • You can articulate complex data in easy to understand formats and narratives for junior and executive audiences.
  • You maintain data confidentiality at all times and have experience building compliance and audit methods to ensure compliance across multiple People teams and geographies
  • Favorably you come form a SaaS tech industry or worked in one before.
  • Excel smart, and comfortable with MS office applications
  • English is a must, Arabic is a plus
