Job Description:
As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant you will be part of an innovative team, working to develop world class customer solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
Provide technical consulting services to clients contribute to the design and delivery of technical solutions including customizing package-based solutions, data design and conversion, technically-focused testing, and configuring technical infrastructure components and serve as a technical resource on a team. You will develop and demonstrate specialized knowledge and skills in ServiceNow as an enterprise solution.
Focus on designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Provide guidance, thought leadership, and hands-on development to both our client and internal technical resources.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Project: Following-up on outstanding client needs and provide timely status reports to project manager.
Client: to educate and negotiate the right technical solutions for your clients Client: Coach and oversee the activities of ServiceNow support resources on an as-needed basis.
Client: Participate alongside team members in client workshops to build requirements Experience: to deliver a positive and value-add experience for your clients in every interaction. Sales: to generate additional opportunities within your projects
Delivery: Communicating technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Networking: to expand DXC's network outside of your accounts. Financial: to assist in the scoping of new opportunities and to design tools and techniques to deliver efficiently
Quality: to ensure each artefact produced, each configured technical component, and all personal interactions are of the highest quality Delivery: to fill technical roles in your projects, should the need arise Training: Work alongside trainers to produce training materials
Methodology: to contribute tactical and impactful tools, techniques, and methods to continuously improve Fruition's technical delivery Public space: to represent Fruition in peer organizations, media, publication, speaking, and other channels. Technical: Supports technical design activities related to application software, data, databases, packaged solutions and infrastructure components. Technical: Designs, develops and distributes technical reusable components.
Technical: Participates in the selection, acquisition, configuration and troubleshooting of packaged solutions and technical infrastructure components. Business: Assists with gap analyses highlighting current state, future state, client needs, best practices and competition. Relationship Management:
Establishes credibility at all levels with clients and builds problem-solving partnerships with clients and colleagues. Leverage: Understands sales process, information and support requirements, and assists sales staff in identifying leads.
Communication: Communicates in formal presentation settings including medium d groups, internal and external project teams, and business unit events develops written communications to address varied styles and information needs…
