Senior Project Manager (Cyber security)

The Senior Project Manager position is responsible for making senior decisions with high Level of accountability within their area of expertise. The Senior Project Manager - Cyber Security will produce documentation and recommendations for senior IT executives.
Plan, monitor and manage Cyber Security Projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as Liaison between business and technical aspects of project. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards and scope and scope targets are met.

Work with QF IT Governance & Security team and QF IT team on the development of frameworks and/or service models, platforms, designs, strategy, technology selection and/or business cases
Creation or validation of SOWs, High-Level designs analysis and validate QF IT assets to support tender and projects requirements
Can analyze requirements to determine potential solution designs, anticipated issues, and related operational costs in their area of expertise.
Collect operational and trend statistics and to analyze performance results to validate solutions and or services
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all cyber projects are delivered on-time, within scope.
Raise the awareness of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Follow the detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems. Establish and execute a project communication plan.
Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Initiate, review and communicate modifications to project plans. Facilitate meetings related to specific projects.
Identify need for initial or supplement project resources.
Manage cyber project execution to ensure adherence to schedule and scope. Monitor or track project milestone and deliverables.
Manage work breakdown structure WBS of the project. Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies.
Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Monitor the performance of project team members, providing the documenting performance
Assess current or future business need and priorities through direct communication or other
Develop or update project plans including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications schedules.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Report and escalate to management as needed.

Maintain a high level of professionalism in communication, coordination, providing work
leadership, training, and other high-level interactions
Ability to work in a highly visible role, dealing extensively with the management and decision-makers in external organization.
Ability to communicate technical and business problems in a non-technical manner
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in dynamic and high-pressure environment
Proven ability to deliver tasks on- time and adherence to deadlines Proficiency with MS Office applications.
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to present to senior managers Proven ability to apply clear critical thinking in complex, stressful situations.

15+ years of experience in project management
Proven working experience in project management
Excellent client- facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills Including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Solid organization and project management skills and experience using tools such as Microsoft project.
Project Management professional [PMP/Prince II] certification is a plus.

Certifications and Accreditations that support the area of expertise e.g., Project Management Professional PMP/PRINCE II certification
IT industry standards and frameworks certificates such as ITIL, COBIT, CISSP, TOGAF.

Degree or equivalent depth of knowledge of a technical field Professional vendor courses
