Senior Project Manager is the one responsible on managing teams through all phases of cycle development, including analysis, project design and development, testing periods, installation and final delivery. The ideal Senior Project must have excellent organizational skills and able to manage all aspects of the project simultaneously.
Manage and develop all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, CIO and key stakeholders
Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
Allocate tasks to internal teams and supervise with schedule management
Act as an internal quality control check for the project
Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
Implement and Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project and program team
Monitor staff performance and staff development
Perform other tasks as assigned
