What you'll be doing
  • Create of original, forward thinking content that reflects the brand and audience for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
  • Work closely with the creative content team on conceptualization and development of visual and video content across all channels
  • Create, maintain and share weekly and monthly content calendars for each platform
  • Ensure social media content is posted on the appropriate channels to connect with the right audience in the right way
  • Manage social platforms: Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok, LinkedIN, Facebook and Twitter (new platforms that will be introduced to the brand)
  • Leverage the right internal talent and external influencers to represent content
  • Schedule postings and handle community management
  • Coordinate social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal brand goals
  • Audit and analyze social media presences
  • Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
  • Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product
