We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer for one of the well-known Saudi Based Clients. Requirement details are provided below.

Project Length : 2-3 Years
Project Type: 12Months(Extendable/Renewable)
Preferred: Immediate Joiners (10-15 Days Post Selection).
Required expertise:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
  • with demonstrated at least 5 years in technical administration role for an enterprise Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange environment
  • Solid knowledge of the latest versions of Windows OS and Active Directory.
  • Wide experience in key Microsoft Active Directory (AD) concepts such as
  • Replication, Sites and Service, DNS, Trusts/Forrest, Active Directory objects and attributes, LDAP, ,Global Catalog, Group Policy, Group Policy Objects, permissions, scoping, and link order is a plus general understanding of role based access control and attribute based access control concepts and
  • practices, networking fundamentals, multi-factor authentication, cloud computing/as-a-service concepts, and authentication vs. authorization
  • Wide experience in the adoption and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Comprehensive knowledge of and recent experience with Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 and/or related email technologies.
  • Wide experience designing and/or administering Windows Server systems, AD and Exchange in an enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency using PowerShell to administer Microsoft systems and services.

The Tasks To Be Performed:
  • Provide 3rd level 24/7 support
  • Design and deliver creative solutions and resolve problems in a timely and proactive manner while collaborating within a diverse group.
  • Support critical systems off hours as needed and be part of a regular 24/7 on-call rotation.
  • Manage active directory services such as replication, Lightweight Directory Services, ADAM, Active Directory Certificate Services.
  • Execute enterprise wide projects including design, implementation, and support
  • Work with and coach team members to implement solutions that have been engineered/architected
  • Create technical documentation and manuals to be used by other IT resources.
  • Maintain and ensure service-level and availability of Active Directory and Exchange infrastructure
  • Drive scripting and automation to develop solutions to common problems and reduce operational overhead.
  • Management of a complex active directory tree which includes: Multiple domains, Multiple trust relationships/types, Group policies, OUs, Sites and 2-factor authentication
  • Fix and resolve complex technical issues related to Active Directory and Exchange services
  • Maintain enterprise level configurations and management systems for Microsoft Exchange
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Exchange System issues that arise such as mail routing, DAG, HA, databases, client access , delegate permissions
  • Operating, managing, processing, provisioning, and troubleshooting of Exchange email systems, mobile and collaboration services.
  • Manage and monitor Office 365 services and support
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
