About the job:
We are currently looking for experienced Service Coordinators to join our Trading Enterprises team in Dubai. This role will be responsible for:
  • Reviewing labour, parts and other components used in an repair order and split the items into appropriate accounts.
  • Raising a Performa, evaluate appropriate charging to customers and raise final invoice.
  • Raising Local Purchase orders for all sublets and bought out items in the Service Centre and process for payments.
  • Compiling incentive and overtime summary for direct and non- direct productive.
  • Main deliverables will include costing, local purchase administration, incentive compilation, and WIP control.

About you:
  • Degree or diploma in any discipline
  • 2 years of accounting experience
  • Automotive experience is preferred
  • Computer proficiency and accounting background
  • Ability to work under pressure, excellent time management and ability to work with a team
