Job Description

Service Sales Engineer will have below duties and responsibilities:

1. To identify key markets and customers to attract the potential for selling services.
2. To propose tactics to generate, develop service sales and strong relationships with clients.
3. Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both - client needs and company targets.
4. To prepare pricing for maintenance contracts which includes reviewing pricing for spare parts, repairs and to provide offers to the customers according to enquiry.
5. Negotiate contract terms and conditions and closing offers.
6. Liaise closely with other departments to make sure prepared information is aligned and correct.
7. To manage service sales activities in the assigned area and successfully meet target budget and profitability.
8. Monitor status of pending invoices.
