As a Services Sales Lead, you will be covering Middle East, Turkey & Africa to increase Services Sales, directly with customers as well as indirectly through Business Partners. You will be a trusted advisor for our Services deal structure, which contains simple to complex services engagements as both short term or multi-year contracts, for our internal teams and external stakeholders, while working closely with our services sales team. In addition, the role will have responsibility for negotiation, pricing and subcontractor integration into services opportunities as well as regional pricing validation and requirements.
These are your detailed responsibilities:
.Maximize the Service & Solutions Revenue through increasing Attach Rates, Quote Rates and Penetration Rate.
.Drive focused initiatives with HW Sales with Services Trainings, Customer engagements, Demand Generation.
.Manage Pipeline and increase win rates in the Segment across EMEA
.Partners segment sales & marketing teams to develop & execute demand generation programs. Ensure plans tie to quarterly targets.
.Develop long term growth strategies and associated tactical plans
.Assess & mitigate risks / issues through effective contingency plans.
You will report to our Executive Director for Services Sales in EMEA supporting customers in Middle East, Turkey and Africa. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.

What you'll bring/ Position Requirements:
  • 7+ years experience selling managed services solutions to large/global enterprise customers
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs.
  • Experience in leading and influencing Sales Teams in a multi-country environment.
  • Proven experience in communicating with external and internal executives & teams, including sales and business case presentations, deal close presentations and account review processes
  • Strong skills in consultative and strategic selling methodologies, including complex deployment solutions
