Job Description & Role:
Provide the second level support by processing related CSR assigned incidents, WO, service request and users queries.
Handle the Siebel Call Centre Application maintenance.
Provide Siebel Call Centre Application support under the supervision of the Senior Engineer.
Perform analyses on the CSR application functionality and suggest improvements.
Perform Siebel configuration, scripting, and workflows.
Create technical design documents for the requirement delivered.
Ensure effective front end and back end functionality of applications.
Provide technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required
Assist with systems integrations.
Handle support tickets and resolve them based on priority and SLAs.
Maintain and update technical documents and procedures.
Identify and resolve technical issues.
Install various software systems.
Perform product configuration and its development and maintenance.
Troubleshoot technical development issues and create resolution.
Work in Siebel Tools and Oracle SQL Developer.
Additional Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or similar.
Demonstrable experience as Application maintenance in a related field.
3+ year of experience in Siebel CRM System
Extensive experience in configuration using Siebel Tools
Proficient with Siebel database structure
Familiar Siebel Application structure and architecture
Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance
Exceptional ability to provide front end support to internal departments and web-based clients
