As a Business Manager for Small and Medium Business, you will play a pivotal role (and POC) in driving commercial PC products, peripheral & services sales by engaging with country/territory sales team in Middle East and Africa.
These are your detailed responsibilities:
  • Identify & implement initiatives to maximize share, product mix, profitability, and product contribution to business.
  • Plan, implement and manage campaign, channel pricing, and promotional activities. Identify opportunity to partner with alliances while driving activities to grow business.
  • Evaluate performance against plan at appropriate intervals (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly) and make corrective actions to achieve the key performance criteria of revenue and profitability.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting for relevant products co-owner with territory / country Sales.
  • Alignment with Country/territory sales and marketing teams, including priorities for weekly sales out, stock situation, promotion and marcom activities.
  • Drive channel enhancement and expansion strategy along with MEA channel team (e.g. training, contractual rebates definition and implementation)
  • Ownership of weeks of inventory and aged inventory, ensuring product inventory and aging product levels are in line with regional guidance.
  • Market intelligence updates to 4P/Product team for appropriate product positioning.

As SMB Business Manager you will report to SMB 4P Leader for Middle East and Africa and will have close interlock & collaboration with territory / county sales team.

What you'll bring/ Position Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years product and/or business management experience.
  • Minimum Bachelor, preferred Master Degree Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of PC channel management /channel business in Middle East and Africa.
  • Good analytical skills with high level of accuracy in data analysis and reacts with appropriate urgency to situations. Strong influencer and able to convince sales team.
  • Experience with financial management and P&Ls
