Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and young individual to join our team and manage all social media channels. The candidate will be responsible for creating social media campaigns designed to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Oversees all company social media accounts management
  • Growing the hotel's brand awareness through tactical social media campaigns
  • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content, which enlightens audiences and promotes the brand-focused message
  • Capturing captivating image and video content that drives traffic and engagement to the hotel's channels
  • Coordinates social media messaging with other departments
  • Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new campaigns, or other brand messages
  • Monitoring user engagement and analyzing feedback on a daily basis
  • Managing social media influencer collaborations
  • Keeping up to date with social media trends and ensuring the hotel's channels are active in any new trends
  • Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces

Qualifications
Qualifications
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to write catchy content
  • In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPI's
  • Outstanding brand awareness experience will be preferred
  • A keen eye for details
  • Have a strategic mindset and always thinks out of the box
  • Past experience managing social media channels for luxury brands is an added advantage
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience
  • Ideally already based in the UAE
