The Position
To assist to oversee and direct all aspects of the Club Millesime especially bar functions to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction to current and future VIPs.
  • Relevant experience in Food & Beverage as a Bartender, within Luxury property hotels. Experience of Micros Operation System. Very good knowledge of Food & Drink.
  • Ability to prioritize different tasks and requests coupled with proven organization skills.
  • Food & Hygiene certificate and Health & Safety Awareness an advantage.
  • Good level of English language both spoken and written.
  • Flexibility to work on rotating shift is a must.
  • A passion to succeed in a fast-paced quality environment.

Some of the duties of this position will include:
  • Provide friendly, professional helpful and courteous service to our guests at all times.
  • Take responsibility for the presentation and the smooth running of the Bar with attention paid to service.
  • To recognise to the needs and comfort of the customer throughout service, as our focus is guest relation and satisfaction and to lead by example.
  • To ensure complete & thorough knowledge of the food & beverage items for The Bar and lounge

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a multi-cultural team
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Ability to promote positive relations with guests and patrons
  • Must have vibrant, bubbly, confident and high energy personality

  • Degree from School for Tourism & Hotel Management

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years relevant experience with Executive Lounge or Bar Outlet
