1. PurposeTo handle Inbound, Outbound processing of customer orders, both physically and systematically along with the support services in logistics division.
2. Accountabilities- Receive and process orders in line with Customer Work Instructions
- Perform Dock to Stock and Put-away activities
- Ensures that any discrepancies (quality/quantity) are timely highlighted and reported to the customer
- Perform Value Added Services as relevant
- Where necessary perform pro-active track and trace
- Maintain, archive data which enable easy retrieval
