Position: Specialist Social Media
Principal Functions
Assist to manage Clients social media communities, becoming the initial point of contact with the online community, actively engaging around predefined topics, monitoring conversations and actively responding to them to build connections and enhance brand visibility.
Duties & Responsibilities :
1.Assist in the development of social media strategy, plan andimplement all major social mediacampaigns to enhance brand.
Participated in delivering of social media plan, ensuring activities are joined-up with all other relevant organizational functions
Ensures processes and systems are in place for the execution of the social media plan
Ensures planning ‘grid’ is in place to enable strategic media planning
5.Enforces proper handling of social media sites in terms of language, tone, andefficiency
6.Study and introduce any new social media platforms if relevant
Proactively identify and participate to minimize crisis communications.
Manages digital media team web monitoring (local & regionally)
Oversees website content - external website, twitter etc
10.Provide social media reports toManagement
Liaise with CM/IMR for intranet content and messaging
Coordinatesreputation monitoring activity, tracking and opinion polling in conjunction with Marketing Department market research team
Assist to monitoring function, including media monitoring and analysis
Performs any other related duties, as required.
Education: Bachelor degree or Communication/ Multimedia/Public Relations
Experience required:3-4 years of public relations experience in technical knowledge and an understanding of the Telco industry

4. Expert- Recognized as an expert in subject matter & contributes significantly to the strategic plans/programs. Capable of guiding others to achieve routine and complex tasks and providing comprehensive solutions to business/operational issues
