Where Do You Fit In
We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Snr Account Manager \u2013 Honeywell Process Solutions to be based in Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for the acquisition, development and leveraging of existing and development of new key accounts. The SAM will focus on high level negotiations and strategic solutions selling to assigned strategic key accounts across the markets (utilities, industries; stakeholder groups) in order to promote the economic and environmental benefits of using HPS Automation Technologies and Solutions. The SAM is acting as the liaison between the Business Units and Key Accounts.
What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day
  • Increase the overall Sales performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your organization
  • Identify new sales opportunities, focusing on providing consultative support by building value propositions for solutions into the account; Manage and build customer contacts, serving as the customer\u2019s ambassador, \u201Ctrusted advisor\u201D and advocate
  • Develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts and territory
  • Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization
  • Development of business, and management of relationships, withspecific customers
  • Dissemination of key messages, initiatives, and of information pertaining to the value Honeywell
    brings to that specific customer at all levels of the customer\u2019s organization.
  • Business partner to thecustomer,establishing a defensible barrier to competitors, maximizing the business potential of customers, and act as the primary supplier interface for all products, solutions, and services with this customer.
  • Champion the customers\u2019 needs and requirements within the Honeywell organization

  • What Skills and Experience Will You Have
    .Bachelor of Electrical/Electronic Engineering
    .Proven Sales and Account Management experience ideally with an established network of contacts within the Oil and Gas and Automation industry
    .Good acquaintance with hospitality accounts and buying behaviours is preferable.
    .Proven experience with hitting and exceeding set sales targets
    .Excellent social, organization and interpersonal skills appropriate to a multi-cultural and diverse working environment.
    .Middle-East work experience is preferable.
    .Excellent English language and communication skills
    .Must hold a Kuwait Drivers Licence
