Job Description
• Repair, check, and fix bikes following Beyond Adventure standards.
• Prepare bikes on time for customers deadlines.
• Take notes of all the works done on bikes + update the database.
• Keep the inventory of the workshop updated.
• Provide feedback about bicycles and be a part of the mechanic and office team
• Be customer service oriented and personable as you are the face of our company.
• Assist with related material (such as bicycle accessories, tools, tour preparation materials) and inventory
management as needed.

Beyond Adventures is established as a company to change and encourage the outdoors, sport and adventures lifestyle. The main goal is to get more and more people to get out of their couches to a healthier lifestyle. As a starting point, Beyond Adventures is to focus on cycling sport, a sport that can be access by almost everyone and all fitness levels. The plan is to expand more into different categories of sports and outdoors in the upcoming years.

Operational structure:
The company will be managed and run by one of the three founders which all three has an excellent experience on managing operations, sales, marketing and customers. The company will employ more specific experienced personnel to each segment of the business with specific set of skills to match with business needs of said segment.
