Job summary
We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as a Senior Program Manager leading a strategic cross-border initiative that is part of a regional-hub project. The initiative aims to improve availability, pricing, and delivery speed of international selection for the regional customer, by streamlining the experience for, and driving growth and adoption of our international Selling Partners.

In this role, your key responsibilities will be to:

. Define the program roadmap based on business strategy, and feedback from customers, sellers, and Amazon partners.
. Liaise with Global Selling teams to define the Selling Partner recruiting strategy.
. Work with partners and functional teams across business, operations, tech, legal, and others to build and implement scalable processes and frameworks that translate into the desired customer and seller experiences.
. Create buy-in for the program roadmap with internal and external stakeholders.
. Build and execute go-to-market plans for new programs and features working with Global Selling, Operations and other product teams to help drive adoption.
. Work with third party service providers to ensure adherence to Amazon standards, and negotiate on behalf of sellers.
. Monitor and report on key business metrics and initiatives, and drive results against targets.

This position requires strong self-motivation, and the ability to deliver on complex problems. The ideal candidate possesses a natural curiosity, sharp analytical skills and is excited to pioneer on behalf of customers and sellers. You must be able to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and innovative environment, and be able to influence internal/external partners at all levels of the organization. This role will particularly suit someone with project management expertise, business development experience, and relationship building skills.

This role is based in Dubai, UAE.

Key job responsibilities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

. Bachelor's degree graduate degree is a plus.
. 6+ years of experience working in Product management, Program management, Consulting, or Business management.
. Superior verbal and written communications skills.
. Strong organization and project management skills.
. Experience using Excel and similar analytical tools.
. High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

. MBA Preferred.
. Proficiency with SQL, plus the ability to learn our in-house analysis tools quickly.
. Experience in agile, lean startup product management processes.
