We are looking for Senior Product Manager for MFN/Easy Ship fulfillment channel. (MENA) 3P fulfillment team is looking for a strong and experienced Sr. Product Manager to join Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN) team. This role will be a combination of product ownership and business strategy ownership to ensure sellers/customers in the region have the best fulfilment experience when they order from Amazon. In this regard, the role is a blend of the following dimensions - business strategy, product development and management, program value assurance, operational excellence and entrepreneurship. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities and acumen. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, have strong attention to detail, and will be comfortable assessing and working with multiple sources envisioning what will make marketplace-related services a success in the business context. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by the ambiguity or competing priorities to scale a business in a new geography. This means you are not only able to own high-level strategic initiatives, but also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.
The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, excellent analytical abilities to identify the opportunity and root cause of issues, business acumen, and strong data driven strategic decision-making skills while working on multiple projects. She or he will have experience in leading internal and external stakeholders and drive strategic discussion with leaderships to prioritize the project she or he own with using persuasive data point. She or he should have experience working in a cross functional environment such as working with sales, marketing, legal, external partner, WW engineering teams, and international counterparts. Keys to success include strong analytical skills, comfortable working in ambiguous situations, project management and interpersonal skills, along with an intense customer obsession.

Key job responsibilities
. Owning, building and driving product road map with key local and global stakeholders such as business, tax, legal, accounting, operations and tech.
. Build and manage high quality product roadmaps based on your vision and strategy.
. Manage prioritization and trade-offs to ensure the right features are built with the right quality at the right time.
. Promoting data-driving decision making throughout the team.
. Partnering with global product/engineering teams to identify and influence development of new products and services.
. Addressing barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders.
. Gain support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership.
. Creating goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives.
. Communicating performance, articulating root-cause analysis and linking to specific improvement areas.
. Incorporate benchmarking information from local competitors as well as best practices and lessons learned from other geographies to define best-in-class seller & customer experience.


. 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
. Experience with end to end product delivery
. Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
. Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
. Excellent communication and analytical sills- Experience with end to end product delivery from defining product vision to requirements to product launch
. Experience with product definition, roadmap strategy and tradeoffs of a product
. Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
. End to End delivery - from creating a BRD, making phasing decisions, creating GTMs, analyzing post launch metrics and continuous iteration, making trade-off decisions, etc
. . A minimum of 5+ years of solid product management experience in consumer facing products
. User focus - ability to keep the customers/sellers first at the heart of all technologies we build
. Prioritization - ability to construct a roadmap, get buy-in from a larger team on the same and direct a team towards the common roadmap in a structured fashion


. MBA or Master's Degree in a related field
. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
. Strong verbal and written communication skills
. Sound business judgment, confirmed ability to influence others, and a consistent track record of taking ownership and driving results
. Strong financial acumen to quantitatively assess decisions quickly, and engage in complex business decisions
. Proven data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel and Data Analysis tools
. Experience working with teams across geographies and business units
. Strong bias for action and get it done attitude
. Ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise and to work with both technical and non-technical individuals
. Ability to deal with ambiguity and a changing environment, as well as a rapid work pace
. A proven track record of being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects
. Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills
. Experience with large scale e-commerce platforms including systems involving complex business logic
. Demonstrated success in cultivating strong working relationships and driving collaboration across technical and business teams
