The Amazon SCOT organization is expanding our Direct Fulfillment (DF) team, and we are looking for a customer-focused, technically savvy, passionate, and down to earth Senior Program Manager to lead the DF expansion in ECCF marketplaces. The Direct Fulfillment (dropship) channel allows Amazon to fulfill customer orders directly from our vendor's warehouse, and is one of the fastest growing supply channels at Amazon. Through Direct Fulfillment (a.k.a dropship), our team enables broad in-stock selection for Amazon's customers, at the quality and speed of delivery they have come to expect.

Key job responsibilities
. Act as the launch owner from operation side to managing full life-cycle of complex cross-functional launch programs, own coordinating with the product/tech team and track milestones.
. Cross-functional work with the Transportation, Supply Chain, Warehouses , Finance and the Retail organizations to determine the customized requirements for launch, work with DF prod team on BRD/TRD/ARD, and clarify the P0/P1/P2 feature scoping.
. Build transportation capacity for new marketplaces, onboard new 3P carriers, negotiate rate card and service level, and design Transportation strategy with a 1-2 year horizon.
. Collaborate with local Retail & Finance teams to get alignment on ramp up strategy and roadmap with a 3 year horizon.
. Work with internal support teams such as Transportation Execution (TREX), MEGA Trans, Enhanced Vendor Services (EVS) etc. that represent Amazon in direct interactions with carriers and customers, build processes and tools to enable scalable and flexible operations and drive growth towards program goals.
. Promote DF brand image, educate category teams to correctly understand DF, ensure the clear awareness of how DF benefit local business, train external vendors to ensure the full understanding of our operation requirements.
. Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks), seek to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary considers and reasons behind leadership decisions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, Mathematics or similar field.
. 5+ years managerial experience preferably in a similar transportation role or in a planning, finance, logistics/transportation leadership role, with proven track record for delivering results.
. Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to influence through writing.
. Proven track record of managing medium and large scale complex projects or programs.
. Negotiations/logistics procurement skills/tender management experience.
. Proven analytical thinking, data management, ability to convert strategy to operation, continuous improvement capability, sensitivity to details, and exceptional organizational skills.
. Demonstrated experience in performing complex analysis and solving complex problems.
. Comfortable with ambiguity, conflicting priorities and multi-cultural and matrix environment. Work under pressure and aggressive timelines.
. Advanced computer proficiency in Excel.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Advanced degree - MBA, MSC in supply chain, business administration, finance, or similar field would be advantageous.
. Proven track record of managing Carriers and third party logistics providers to drive their performance.
. 2+ years of experience with Amazon Transportation, Supply Chain, Operations or Procurement.
. Proficient in data analysis and its tools such as SQL and Python to manage large set of data.
