We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as Senior Sales Director (M/F) within Honeywell UOP's, UOP Process Technologies and Sustainable Solutions & Technologies business units (UOP UPT & STS)) located in Dubai, UAE. Reporting to the PMT ME VP GM, this position will be responsible for delivering and growing over $370M in revenue orders and associated margin from process licensing, engineering and other services and equipment sales to the refining, petrochemical, gas processing and manufacturing industries The position has responsibility for a high-performance team and growing the business.

Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies is a global leader in providing customers with high-performance specialty materials, including fluorine products specialty films and additives advanced fibers and composites intermediates specialty chemicals electronic materials and chemicals and technologies and materials for the petroleum refining, natural gas and petrochemical industries.
What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day
.Lead UOP UPT &STS project sales group for refining, petrochemical, gas processing and manufacturing industries
.Deliver financial targets for the region, including sales revenue, cost of sales & services, and account receivables.
.Align the sales strategy with UOP UPT's & STS's strategic plans and goals
.Manage the regional sales forecast to ensure accuracy and alignment with Annual Operating Plan AOP and provide accurate data to finance, ISC and sales management monthly, quarterly and annually.
.In collaboration with Strategic Marketing, identify regional trends & customer needs - define organizational and business requirements to meet these needs.
.Maintain strong relationships with key EPC's. and customers.
.In collaboration with Account Management teams, maintain & develop effective senior management customer relationships in the region.
.Develop & implement regional strategies for improved business performance.
.In collaboration with all company's key functions, ensure end to end delivery of Project to meet customers expectations: from preparation of proposals, commercial & Sales representative agreements, closure of sales consistent with Honeywell policies & successful project implementation per specs.
.In conjunction with business management, develop channel selection strategies and channel management approaches.
.Actively participate as a member of the business leadership team.
.Be a role model in managing their team: responsible for growing, coaching, mentoring their team, actively encourage and grow diversity, ensure & grow a healthy succession talent pipeline, Be a talent scout for the organization.
.Maintain & develop internal key stakeholders relationship with all functions as well as with other PMT business as needed especially HPS.
What Skills and Experience Will You Have
.Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
.Minimum of 15 years sales and or business management experience within the refining, petrochemical, chemical and/or gas processing industry is required.
.Track record of results, driven by strategy and execution
.Ability to travel 50% annually both domestically and internationally.
.Prior successful sales experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, Gas Processing and/or other manufacturing industries
.Strong process technology and refining and petrochemical integration knowledge is ideal.
.Capable of quickly translating business requirements into actions by defining who does what by when to ensure plans are executed.
.Able to collaborate with cross business-units to prioritize actions and resources.
.Provide timely and concise information to others and using clear and thoughtful oral and written communications to influence, negotiate and collaborate effectively.
.Passion for executing sales plans for new business opportunities.
.Do a superb job for customers every day in terms of quality, delivery, value and technology
