Honeywell Airports Business (HAB) has an excellent opportunity for a Snr Sales Manager - Airports - META. This position reports to the META Sales Director and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our airports business in META.

In this role, you will be challenged to use solid new business acquisition judgment and leadership skills to lead strategy deployment and a team responsible for achieving financial growth goals through the implementation of new customer acquisition sales strategies, tactics, and processes leveraging our current install base as well developing new markets.
This position interfaces with the Airports Business and the local Honeywell Building Solutions Districts and Regions on financials, processes, operational initiatives and core install and service leads, to ensure Airports growth objectives are achieved.
What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day
.Provide profitable and strategic growth, drive customer acquisition, establish market demand and grow our Airports business in India.
.Responsible for achieving Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets (Orders, Rev/GM and Profit) and Working Capital (WC) while monitoring and optimizing pricing policies
.Manage the recruiting, staffing, onboarding, performance management, goal alignment, career planning, employee development, training, salary administration, and reward and recognition processes to ensure adequate, competent, and motivated resources are available to achieve the planned results within planned costs.
.Monitor quality and integrity of the team
.Manage all sales related activity management through the accurate, timely and detailed use of the Saleforce.com Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool including opportunity reviews, win/loss analysis, pipeline funnel management, forecasting and lead generation
.Manage sales activity by means of a Sales Management Operating System to include one on one's, team calls, forecasting calls, opportunity reviews, Plan to Make Plan (PtmP) development and monitoring
.Must be willing to travel as necessary throughout the target markets including periodic overnight tripsWhat Skills and Experience Will You Have
.Bachelor's Degree.
.5 years of experience in Airports business from an operational, sales, or execution capacity
.Successful experience leading a geographically dispersed sales team
.MBA or other applicable post graduate degree.
.8 years sales experience in the Airports, ATM & Aviation industry
.Local market knowledge
.Consultative selling experience
.Solid understanding of P&L and ability to build business case for sales growth investments
.Proven experience developing and executing strategies for sales growth
.Creative, decisive, high energy and ability to energize others
.Excellent Negotiation Skills with the ability to understand the customer needs, negotiate complex sales and total value offerings to customers
.Leadership Skills, with the ability to define vision for the organization, rally the team around the vision, set high expectations and manages to expectations
.Strong Coaching and influencing skills with the ability to work in a highly matrixed organization and influence other members of leadership team without formal authority
