Responsible for ensuring that Talabat is well-positioned as a brand in the market, reaching the right audience to optimize market share. Responsible for all external communications campaigns, creative content and materials, brand development, event planning, event execution and PR.What's On Your Plate
Handles the execution of the 360 brand campaigns and ensures that all the required teams are fully aligned on all the deliverables to be done to meet deadlines.
Responsible for polishing the brand image in its different angles through communication: Riders, Brand tone, brand offering and character... etc.
Facilitating & ensuring proper execution of all the campaign requirements, while continuously monitoring the campaign performance & exposure. Also, must take the necessary steps to ensure the campaign reaches the maximum exposure and performance while it's running.
Handles media planning of all 360 campaigns to ensure balanced exposure with high impact to achieve the campaign objective.
Maintains constant taps on brand KPIs and sets the strategy/next steps to maintain them all on high scoring levels.
Ensures timely post-campaign performance reports are with the marketing manager enclosed with proper readings, strategy and next steps.
Ensure there's a good inventory of giveaways and branding material for vendors and marketing activations.
Supporting the planning of all CSR/PR related communication material.
Supervise the brand responses on social media & ensure all inquiries and complaints are attended by the addressable teams in a timely manner.
Sets up brainstorming sessions to continuously share engaging content that reflects the brand image and character.
Supervises the Social media coordinator and ensures that all his/her outputs match the quality standards when it comes to social media moderation, content creation and briefings.
Is the secondary POC for Macro influencers and handles the major complaints and feedback that is received with the required teams.
Weekly social media monitoring of the competitors & the brand's performance.
Planning all brand-related performance marketing campaigns and submitting briefs in a timely manner to ensure smooth operations.
Handles the on-ground activations with all the hired suppliers to ensure everything is delivered as agreed with the marketing manager, handles the invitation management (prepares, delivers and secures RSVP), prepares event branding and set up, prepares and sets up the giveaways and supports on the overall event agenda.
Continuously keeps the taps on important local events to push on brand presence during the important ones.
Takes charge of event branding and communication whenever an event is planned.

Responsible for double-checking the price offers shared by the vendors to control cost and quality.
Responsible for ensuring proper financial documentation of invoices, PQs and supporting reports received.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any other related field
4-6 years of general marketing experience, preferably in the local market
Agency experience preferred
Knowledge of Media and Advertisement agencies process and workflows
Time Management Skills
Ability to deliver work with a high degree of accuracy
Fluent in both languages Arabic and English
Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
