Arabia merging both traditional and contemporary gift-giving under one roof.

As a Store Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing store contribution by proactively driving
sales, and reducing waste.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible on all store assets and product inventory
  • Maximize sales to achieve monthly and quarterly budget
  • Solve critical store operational problems following Nagwa standards including customers complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Meet monthly customer satisfaction score.
  • Ensure stock is effectively measured and controlled to meet sales demand and manage waste
  • Monitor the boutique's hourly revenue and work with Retail Manager to prepare Daily Sales Report
  • Confirm staff schedule accordingly in order to ensure manpower is in line with operational demand
  • Ensure effective communication of sales plans and targets to the team, manage performance, development and engagement of sales associates to promote a culture of high performance and productivity.
  • Perform miscellaneous shop related activities such as visual merchandising, cleanliness, display and maintenance, placing orders..
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ year experience as Store Manager (preferably in F&B retail)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales techniques and best business practices
  • Up-to-date on market trends and brand competitors
  • Proficient in Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Teams..)

  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both Arabic and English (oral and written)
