POSITION: Store Keeper
SALARY: up to 4,000 AED full-package depending on experience and qualifications
HIRING COMPANY: Electronic Retail Company
LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to Indian and Pakistani nationalities only
Male, 35 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in any related course
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Store Keeper specifically in the UAE
Experience from Electronics company is an added advantage
Excellent communication, written and reporting skills
Expert on using Excel and MS Office applications
Knowledge of proper storekeeping and inventory management
Has experience on deliveries and stock inventory in warehouse VS store
Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries in and out of store
Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation
Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based store needs
Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly
Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received
Responsible for storage of stores stocks and products
Responsible for the day to day check on the storage facilities of upkeep and hygiene
Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items
Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean and tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations
Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.
Follow up on documentation of after-hours issues ensuring it is in accordance with established internal controls and procedures
Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.
Extend all requisitions on a daily basis and update the inventory management software/system
Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors
